All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without prior notice.
Product images, colours, textures, and appearance are shown for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, printing processes, or materials.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payments through secure, trusted payment gateways including (but not limited to) JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Shopify Payments.
WOW My Wall does not store your payment card details or mobile wallet credentials.
Your order is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and processed.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order (even after confirmation) for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Non-compliance with these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided on the Website are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier performance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
WOW My Wall is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during checkout.
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta, and many others.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review the policy carefully before placing your order.
