At WOW My Wall, we take great care to ensure your premium wall art, canvas prints, and frames reach you safely, securely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing, delivery, and related procedures for shipments across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working business day.
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and shipping information.

2. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to every major city and region across Pakistan, including (but not limited to): Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, and many more.
Delivery to smaller towns, rural areas, or remote locations is also available; however, transit times may be slightly longer due to courier network coverage.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch (processing completion).
These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery may be affected by:

- Public holidays or regional events
- Adverse weather conditions
- High-volume periods (e.g., festive seasons)
- Unforeseen logistical issues

We work with reliable courier partners to minimise delays wherever possible.

4. Shipping Charges & Promotions

Shipping fees (where applicable) are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Any free shipping offers, promotional thresholds, or discount codes will be automatically applied (if eligible) during checkout and clearly indicated.

5. Packaging & Safe Transit

Every item is individually inspected and expertly packaged to withstand transit.
Framed artwork and canvas prints are shipped in rigid, double-walled protective boxes with corner guards, bubble wrap, foam inserts, and additional cushioning as needed.
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in the same pristine condition as it left our facility.

6. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp (when a valid number is provided).
You can monitor your shipment in real time using the courier’s official tracking portal.
If you experience any difficulty accessing tracking information, our customer support team is ready to assist you promptly.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

Visible damage upon delivery: Please inspect your package immediately on arrival. If the product is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the affected item(s).
We will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
WOW My Wall is not liable for loss or delay caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Delays or mishandling attributable to the courier service
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

8. International Shipping

At present, WOW My Wall ships only within Pakistan.
We are actively exploring international shipping options. Any future updates or expansion will be announced on the website and through our official channels.
